Q: Can you do custom embroidery?

A: Yes. Embroidery is an uncharge but it is absolutely an options available to you!

Q: Why do you need two measurements?

A: Having both measurements gives me the ability to create a truly custom cap made just for you. Plus this allows for a perfect and comfortable fit.

Q: How do I get on the waitlist?

A: When ordering opens up, to get on the list I must have three things: both measurements, a list of what you want, and payment. Once I receive payment then I will put you on the list until then it is not a processed as an order

Q: How long do I have to wait to get a cap?

A: I take orders in 8 week intervals. Once you place an order you will not have to wait any longer than 8 weeks to receive your caps. I shut down orders to compensate for this. That is why I shut down ordering so you do not have to pay and wait a long time to receive your caps.
